Past Recipients Ian M. Pinnavaia - 2004 Ian was elected to three terms as Section Chief of NE-2C, and was elected to serve as the Northeast Region Chief in 2003. He has staffed numerous National Leadership Seminars and served as the National Lodge Adviser Training Seminar Chairman in 2004. He serves on the Editorial staff of the National Bulletin. For his dedicated service to the order and scouting, The National Order of the Arrow Committee presents The Distinguished Service Award to Ian M. Pinnavaia. Kenneth E. Hood - 2004 Ken has served the Order in many capacities including Chapter Adviser and Lodge Adviser of our Lodge. He has given extensive service to the American Indian Activities Committee, most recently as Head Judge and Education Adviser to the past several NOACs and as the Lead Training Adviser for Indian Summer held in 2003.
