Phillip Caputo, Brother Who Can Be Relied Upon

    This Brother was elected to the Order of the Arrow in 1998, and sealed his membership in the Brotherhood in 1999. He is an Eagle Scout, and Silver Heron recipient. This brother has served as Chairman of the Lodge 75th Anniversary Committee and one term as Lodge Operational Vice-Chief. He has faithfully served as a member of the Shows, Publications, Food Service and Unit Service Committee, a committe has has also chaired for Eluwak Chapter. He has been a member of the camp staff at Ten Mile River in Camp Aquehonga and will return again this summer. Currently he is completing his second term as Lodge Executive Vice Chief and serves as an Associate Webmaster. He has been described by his fellow arrowmen as "a selfless, dedicated person who distinguishes himself as a leader of our Lodge not in order to be recognized, but because it is the right thing to do.". For service to Shu-Shu-Gah Lodge the Vigil Honor is presented to Phillip Caputo. The Indian name given is Nagatamen Nimat, which is interpreted as Brother Who Can Be Relied Upon.
