Chapter Update  May 16 2004 14:20:22

Phoenix Chapter will be holding its next Chapter Meeting on Tuesday, May 18. The agenda will include:

  • The upcoming Ordeal
  • 2004 NE2C Conclave
  • NOAC
  • Lodge End of the Year Party
  • Chapter End of the Year Party
  • Nominations

Chapter members are also reminded that the Ordeal is next weekend, May 21-23. We are leaving from the parking lot of Saint Francis DePaola. Everyone should be there @ 5:30 in full Class A uniform. We will be leaving no later than 6:00, so please be on time.

We would kindly appreciate that you remind the scouts/scouters from your troop that are not on the emailing list that would be partaking in this event of this information. We would also kindly ask if there are any parents who would be willing to help us in transportation to Ten Mile River.

Chapter Update ... The Brotherhood is Coming   Feb 21 2004 16:59:55

Phoenix Chapter has been working hard throughout the year. We have been getting prepared for the upcoming lodge events, such as the Ordeal and Brotherhood. The first of these two events is the Brotherhood on April 17, 2004. Some of our Chapter members will be going up Friday night to set up and prepare for this event. Any chapter member that would like to come up should please contact Sheldon Sucre nazarethdolphins@aol.com}, Beau Conlon beauwhite144@aol.com, or Brian Speirs vigil92@aol.com.

We would like a big turnout at the Brotherhood from our chapter members. Those Ordeal members who would like to seal their membership in our order should come down to chapter meetings, participate in our Brotherhood classes, and learn the information that you need to learn, such as: the admonition, the obligation, the handclasp, and the OA song.

Holiday Party   Dec 2 2003 23:13:49

Phoenix Chapter will be holding our Holiday Party at our December 16th meeting. All Chapter members are welcome. All attendees need to know that the food is to be brought “Pot Luck” style, so the more people the better. We intend to bring the year 2003 to a close in style. If you have any questions contact our Chapter Chief, Sheldon Sucre or our Chapter Advisor, Robert Conlon. There would be a short chapter meeting before we celebrate the holidays
