Change
in Elected Lodge Leadership Oct
14 2005 12:49:38
| At the Lodge Executive Committee Meeting On Tuesday
Sept. 27, 2005, Lodge Chief Patrick Drexler announced that he would
resign his position as Lodge Chief, effective immediately. The following
letter was presented to the Lodge Membership:
My Brothers in Service,
When I was elected to serve you as Lodge Chief for this current
year, the drastic change my vocation in life would require was
at the time, unforeseen. Realizing it is my duty to protect and
ensure that the Lodge is as effective and efficient as possible
I must resign from my duties at this time. It would be wrong for
me to attempt to give myself fully over in service to my Church
and Studies and to you. For the time being between classes, Priestly
formation, apostolic work and study, along with a ridgid and structured
scheduele I am unable to be a physical presence amoung you, but
as we draw closer to spring and my time becomes more and more
my own I hope to join you once again. I have complete and utter
confidence in the LEC and all of you, and hopefully you will permit
me to serve you in anyway that I can.
Patrick M. Drexler
The entire Lodge wishes Pat well as he enters his new vocation! To
fill the Lodge Chief vacancy, our Scout Executive, Chris Coscia has
appointed Roy M. to serve as Lodge Chief for the 2005-2006
Lodge Year. Roy prevously served as the Executive Vice Chief. The
now vacant Executive Vice Chief Position will be filled at the October
Lodge Executive Committee Meeting. |
