Most Memorable Scouting Moment: My first NOAC in 1971-Univ.of Illinois. Two of our Brothers placed in the finals of the Indian Dance Competition. Two kids from Brooklyn beat out the guys from Oklahoma and Florida. We had a huge party afterward. It's a moment I'll never forget.
